Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Memora app and service (“Memora”, “we”). By creating an account or using Memora, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
Testing version
Memora is currently a pre-release version offered for testing. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors, and we may end the test at any time. Printed books cannot be ordered yet. Please keep your original photos — Memora is not a backup service.
Your account
Accounts are for adults. Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Your photos and books
- Your photos and the books you make remain yours.
- You give Memora permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. That covers analysing photos on your iPhone, storing the books you save, and keeping the PDF copies described in the privacy policy so a book can be prepared for printing.
- Only use photos you have the right to use. Don’t use Memora for content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Memora: don’t interfere with the service, try to access other people’s data, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Memora, without any obligation to you.
Ending
You can stop using Memora and ask us to delete your account at any time (Profile → Privacy & data). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when the test ends.
Disclaimers and liability
During testing, Memora is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Memora means you accept the updated terms.
